Prof. Dr. Engin Atac was born in Eskişehir, 1943. And he graduated Eskişehir College in 1968He completed his PhD on Public Finance field at 1979. Anadolu University, Eskişehir on “An Analysis of Education Services in Terms of PublicSpending in Turkey: Planned Economy (1963-1977)” subject. In 1972, MPA in Public Administration from University of Southern California (USC), USA. B A. degre in Finance and Economics area at Faculty of Political Sciences, Ankara University in 1968.. Academical titles are; assistant professor, Department of Public Finance, Anadolu University, 1983. Associate professor, Department of Public Finance, Anadolu University, 1984 and professor, Department of Public Finance, Anadolu University, 1991. Married, with one son.
