Feyzi Ulug

Dr. Feyzi Ulug

Born in 1957. He completed his primary and secondary education in schools in Ankara.

He studied for diploma vocational and technical education in the Industrial Arts Higer School for Teachers. Completed his B.A. in psychological guidance and counselling services in Ankara Universitiy.


Studied for M.A. in the same area, and had a M.P.A in the Institude of Public Administration for Turkey and the Middle East (TODAIE). Had his Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Inspection in Hacettepe University, and then had Associate Professor title 1994.

Working as vocational education teacher, educational psycologist and school principal Mr. Uluğ worked as resarcher in TODAİE. He participated in establishing the Open High School for the Ministry of National Education Film, Radio, and Television Education Directorate in 1992. At the moment he is the head of Research Planning and Coordination Department in the same Directorate. And then worked as a lecturer in Gazi Üniversity Endüstrial Ars Education Faculty for five years. Now, working in TODAİE as associate professor.

Dr. Ulug has many resarches published as artical and books an educational policy, education management, group process, and distance education.
