Dr Rozhan commenced employment in 1986 at the School of Distance Education, Universiti Sains Malaysia in Penang, Malaysia and was promoted to the post of an Associate Professor in 1994 and has held the posts of Deputy Director (Productions) (1993-1996) and the Chairman of the Remedial Sciences Programme (1987-1991).
